Coaching principles

Awareness is the key to transformation. Awareness has to be so acute that you can recognize and catch the impulses as they are happening and not just after.

Awareness is where you are today, & intention is your north star. Your mind is capable of redirecting you to your destination once you learn the tools of awareness and intentionality.

3. Retrain your nervous system and take aligned action

Like you can’t get fit by reading a bunch of articles on health, and you have to go to the gym to maintain physical fitness. Your mindset training requires repetition and consistent action.
