My mental health year in review and next year strategy

My mental health year in review and my step by step strategy for building resilience in 2023. Don't treat your mental health any differently than your physical health. Please build a strategy for your mental workouts!

1. You are not your emotions. I am sharing my morale data (that I have been tracking using Quimby) to reiterate that emotions do not define you. I don't hesitate to tell the person next to me that I am experiencing back ache because I don't think it defines me. I don't hesitate to tell you that I experience all these emotions because they do not define me.

2. You can build emotional resilience like you can build physical resilience. I am writing down 4 very practical steps on how I am planning my resilience for 2023. Feel free to leverage to create yours. 💪

3. Choose which emotions you plan to train, leverage, and manage. Think about it like which muscles you want to build, which ones you know are already strong, and which ones you need to improve to ensure you don't get injured. 🧠

Happy new year! And I hope your 2023 is resilient, happy and healthy - physically and mentally! 🎊 🎉
